Tonic Tapas is back for September, with a choice of two 25-minute treatments in one 50-minute appointment for £55. If you would rather stay with one treatment from beginning to end, you can choose one 50-minute treatment instead.

REFLEXOLOGY OR THAI FOOT MASSAGE
Both focus on the feet but feel quite different. Reflexology works with pressure points across the feet, while Thai Foot Massage also includes the lower legs using massage, pressure and stretching techniques.

REIKI BALANCE
A quiet, still and grounding energy treatment for when your mind has been busy.

CRYO FACIAL
Chilled cryotherapy spoons cool and soothe the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of puffiness and wake up tired-looking skin.

TRANQUILLITY MASSAGE
Comfort Zone’s Tranquillity oil is swept onto the skin with soft brushes before the massage continues with flowing movements.

You can also add a further 25-minute treatment for £25, taking your appointment to 75 minutes.
