Reiki level one is the first step of your Reiki journey. Focusing on self healing and also allows you to work on family and friends.

You will receive an attunement, learn the principles of reiki, self healing and seated chair positions.

Reiki One takes place over two days:

Sunday 23^rd February and 15^th March 2020

Day One:

• Meditation
• History of Reiki
• 5 Reiki Principles
• Reiki 1 Attunement will be received
• 7 major Chakras
• Self healing techniques

Day Two:

• Group discussion and feed back
• Meditation
• Reiki positions
• Reiki 1 Attunement will be received
• Working on others
• Demonstration of working with crystals and pendulums

Meet Julia, Your Reiki Master

Julia has been a practicing massage and holistic therapist for 30 years.

In 1999 she was introduced to the power of Reiki whilst working at The Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, London.

Her initial Reiki training took her to a Buddhist Monastery in the heart of Little Venice, London 25 years. Since then Julia has trained with Reiki masters in England and Thailand, Julia has studied various forms of healing including Usui, Scheim and Angelic healing all to a Master teacher level.

Over the last 12 years Julia has been offering Reiki attunement in traditional Usui Reiki from level one to Master teacher level.
