A simple pin-prick blood sample, is collected into a small glass capillary is all that is required for any of the food intolerance tests.

You can choose one of the quick tests which will give you a result within the hour. The quick tests comes in 2 sizes, the Mini which looks at 21 of the most common foods and the Standard which looks at 59 of them.
The procedure is the same for the lab tests except the samples are sent away for analysis to CNS and the results are usually back in 10 working days. You can choose from several different lab tests for food intolerance from 40 to 200 different foods as well as vegetarian, vegan and herbs & spices tests.
